Yaesu FT-726R Transceiver with 2m/70cm/10m and Satellite Modules - Not Working

NOT WORKING PROPERLY - AS-IS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY, NO RETURNS
Yaesu FT-726R transceiver with three band modules: 2 meters,70 cm, and 21-28 MHz. Includes satellite module and CW filter. Includes YH-48 microphone, extra feet, mic clip, ac power cord, dc power plug and fuse that came with the radio. Includes original Yaesu box and packing material (styrofoam inserts have cracked). Does not include a manual, but you can find one online.
I’ve had this radio since new in 1984 and used it a lot in the early years, but it has been sitting on a shelf for the past 24 years, last used in the June 1998 VHF contest. When I took it out of the box recently, it powered up okay but immediately went into transmit (you can hear the relays and the on-air light comes on). With the Satellite switch in RX, you can change bands and modes and it receives signals but the TR switching still doesn’t work properly and it doesn’t seem to transmit a signal.
I don’t have the interest or knowledge to troubleshoot this radio. Sold as-is for parts or repair only, no returns.
