W2ENY Ultra-Mini Desk Microphone for Xiegu G1M
G1M has 1/8" connector, please see pics.
I've been experimenting with MANY headsets and mic elements over the last few years.  This is not a kit, works great, comes wired and ready to plug in and go with your radio.
Desktop unit features a lightly weighted base, latching (on-off) transmit/receive rocker switch,
an electret element for great sound
; I've been getting nothing but excellent 'ON AIR' audio reports.
Good Sound at -52dB sensitivity, Unrestricted wide range audio 100Hz-16kHz
3 feet of shielded cable is standard - If you want a different cable length please let me know.  Very small Base 2"x3", 8" high with flexible neck - Perfect for travel!
Some have questioned how a rocker switch is a PTT switch?
Well when you switch it on, you transmit, when you switch it off, you receive.
Pretty simple I thought.
