    I am only assuming the time frame of the 1970's from research I have done. It is a bit dirty as it was stored for some time. The legs and arms are also porcelain with the rest of the body being stuffed. The head is designed to spin around. No cracks chips or breaks..Selling as pictured and found..Thanks.
