I have the Kenwood TR-7950 2-Meter FM VHF Ham Radio Mobile Transceiver. Comes with the DC power cable as well as the Kenwood hand microphone and manual. I did test it and it does receive and change frequencies and scan but it did not have output so selling as is. .75 shipping in the US.
