This is a listing for a Icon model IC-02AT VHF FM Transceiver with a new power supply and includes a good battery pack. Unit has been tested and functions. we don't have a license to use this but it did have some frequency's stored in and we could hear it searching. You can download manuals for this model online directly from Icon.  We picked this up from a commercial clients surplus sale, along with some other audio  & industrial items,  We have only one of these and lots of other computer & audio surplus items.
