GALAXY DX 94HP NOT WORKING, TECH. SPECIAL, 10 METERS EXPORT RADIO.

Description

This is/was my personal radio.  Had it a long time and had a lot of fun with it.  Has frequency expansion mod, and updated voltage and AM modulation chips. Modulation pot. tweaked, modulation limiter intact.  Extra control on rear is for adjustment of AGC on SSB.
HERE  IS THE BAD PART!
I was going through the alignment (done many times before) and when I was setting the bias on the finals my test lead slipped grounding out to one of the big coils.  I heard a "snap" with the smell of something burnt.  The radio lost transmit but still received.  I spent countless hours trying to trouble shoot it.  I replaced some electrolytics thinking they might be damaged but to no avail.  I tested the driver transistors (you can see they are removed).  They appear okay on my cheap tester, but I could be wrong.  I did misplace one transistor screw and insulator, (I will look around) otherwise all the parts are there.  Some boards etc. are disconnected.  What you see is what you get, the power cord is short but useable.  No mic or bracket.
A GOOD TECHNICIAN COULD FIGURE THIS OUT AND GET IT WORKING AGAIN.  I am just a hobbyist and don't have time to mess with it anymore I have too many projects going on and need to clear stuff.
