Nice TR-7 with a power supply.  Powers on & receives well. I've listened to nets on multiple bands.  It looks like it has the standard 2.3KHZ filter installed.  It has the AUX-7 option installed.  From a non-smoking environment.
Only noted problem - Transmit goes off frequency when keyed.  Usually to 16 MHZ & takes a couple of seconds to re-lock (PLL issue?).  It looks like an easy fix & maybe just an adjustment.  I simply don't have to time to get this one 100%.
The PTO tracks well & is easy to calibrate using the built-in calibrator.  No burn spots, arcs or bad smells were noted.  The case has been repainted & could be touched up with flat paint if desired (shown in photos - paint is glossy).  The case end caps are missing but are on ebay.  It is immaculate on the inside.
The power supply is a 30 amp unit with the proper (new) Molex connector installed with a 2020 date code.  The power supply is adjusted to the proper voltage level, is stable and RF quiet. Perform a minor fix and add a key, mic, antenna and you are on the air.  73
