This is a rare find and the radio puts out full power too!  I have tested this unit and it does TX & RX but I did notice that meter does not work well on RX but works fine on TX, please check out my YouTube Video :

I have checked this radio out and it seems to work well but because of its age it may have some issues that I might have overlooked.  This auction is for the 215X, 206 VFO and the AR 117 Power Supply. The radio is on nice shape but there are a few rub marks on the back of the 117 unit, see photos.  There is no microphone and what you see in the photos is what you get, no more no less.
