Description: Original Sherwin Williams paint chip samples color chart for the 1955 and 1956 Ford cars and trucks. Three 1955 samples and fourteen 1956 samples are represented on one partial sheet. 6 of the samples are Thunderbird colors (red, blue, white, tan, gray metallic, green). 6 of the samples are truck colors (Blue, White, Mist Green, Yellow, gray, and Dark Blue). Includes color names and paint codes. Models include: Thunderbird, Mainline, Customline, Fairlane, Crown Victoria, Sunliner, Skyliner and Country Squire. Includes convertible, coupe, sedan, hardtop, and station wagon models. Good used condition. Shows some handling, light paint stain on one sample (Mountain Green), pen and pencil markings, and storage age.  One of the samples (Meadowmist Green) has a small portion missing from it.
Also included is a professional copy of the undercoat and topcoat tinting recommendations chart and the instruction sheet on how to use it. Also includes color variation information on two colors (also pictured).
